Join the Green Movement: Earth Day Celebration with Citizens' Climate Lobby!
Come and be a part of something special this Earth Day! Citizens' Climate Lobby is excited to invite you to their Earth Day Celebration on April 26th, 2024. Experience the power of community and shared passion as we gather at the Dahl Fine Arts Center for a socially-conscious evening, starting with a Social Hour from 6-7 PM, featuring delicious offerings from Fork Real Café Food Truck.
The highlight of the night is a free screening of "Purple Mountains" — a riveting 53-minute film that follows one man's quest to find common ground in the mountains, one voter at a time. After the film, engage in a thought-provoking follow-up session where local environmental organizations will share their insights and initiatives.
This event is more than just a gathering; it's an opportunity to connect, learn, and contribute to the sustainability efforts within our community. The City of Rapid City Sustainability, Western Dakota Technical College, and South Dakota Mines are proud to present this inspiring evening. Be there to spark change and enjoy an evening dedicated to our planet's future!
